    Another easy way is to open Thunderbird with both accounts.  Create the same folders in the new account as the old account. Then literally drag and drop all the email from one account into the other.  I've done that with success. For example, inbox->inbox, then sent->sent, ....

    That's only if it's a timezone issue.   If the host node is grossly off actual time, they can install NTPd on the host to sync with some NIST pool.   You'll have to have your provider do that.

    I was feeling the same way a few years ago.  I figured out that my problem wasn't time management, but discipline to just knock out what I had to to meet my goals.  Then I figured out I didn't have clear goals and paths set up.  I found this book to be worth a read...
