Yeah, it's build to be mounted on a wall in a small office/branch for switches, routers, patch panels, etc.  You would probably fit a half depth server in it.

Only said that to clarify the distance between South Bend and Chicago.  90 miles makes literally a few ms difference in terms of latency.

Their client area is decent looking, just submitted a ticket re: NS servers.  We'll see how it goes.

I'd have to disagree with it being buggy, have had no issues thus far.  Now, it's security-sound-ness is TBA.  Like I stated, hopefully Softaculous will wake up and learn from SolusVM's mistakes.  Not likely, but we'll see.  At this point, any panel any provider is using is SOL.  Hopefully...

There was a thread on WHT on why there weren't many service providers in the Boston area.  A friend of mine lives in Revere, MA and has contacted several service providers and received quotes like $500+ for single server colocation.

And expensive.
