This is good news (the IP issue too). With some hope these antics will cause an uproar with quite a lot of their customers where the ideal scenario is; they ditch that joke company and stop feeding it, thus speeding up the process for GVH to die.
I don't mean to be "that guy" but I got the following impression: the influx of his topics being mere attempts to bolster post count...but then again, I am a somewhat suspicious person and I could be wrong, but I got a sixth sense for bullsh*t ;)
I always preferred KVM, but do use OpenVZ for a few services/projects. As it has been said (more or less, anyway), cost factor can be a crucial point in what to pick. And as we know...OpenVZ often comes cheap :)
I only glanced over the demo for a mere few seconds, and to me, that interface does look promising. However, I cannot say anything about the backend/script itself, as I haven't checked it. The design, however, did look nice and appealed to me.

I'm very satisfied with my « BuyShared-Reseller 125G » account, and I do intend to move more accounts over — all in due time. My monitoring of the service has indicated improvement, too. All in all, I'm a happy camper ;)
