3D Printers, anyone have one yet?

Guns.  You can never have or in this case make to many.  I am sure Chris M would pay you to make him a couple.

    Average cPanel VPS license cost?

The average cost will be $14-$20 bracket if you take the majority into this.  The hosting world is bigger than many people choose to see sometimes and up to $20 is really not that uncommon. That said, it really depends on how people want to absorb some of the cost to make it more attractive...

    Greenvaluehost VPS

Surely that is your job to balance the nodes effectively?  If there are significant differences between your nodes as you have alluded then it should not be up to the clients to ask for a fix. Are all the other providers doing the same thing or balancing?  Interested to hear from others...

    WeServeIT - Datacenter query (split)

Am I missing something?  Where did they deny it?  Your LET link states Seem like they are admitting the connection.  Your previous comment seem to confirm the connection too. Oh well, hardly seems like a CVPS type denial anyway.

    WeServeIT - Datacenter query (split)

Not sure why :) On a side note I am trying out the Netherlands side of Ramnode, all very very good.

    Your motd screens

I hate when you rarely need to log into a DNS box but when you do a big pony appears.  Keep thinking something just went wrong.

NodeDeploy Closing US locations - lagging demand?!?!

Come to think about it I have not seen Ben or Phil about much recently, wonder what they are up to.  Are they on here?

NodeDeploy Closing US locations - lagging demand?!?!

Could it just be they are not as popular as they think to command good numbers across all sites?  And that is not a dig just a potential reason.

    Providers that need reviews

^^This and what Martin said, these kind of reviews tend to look suspect and don't really do the provider any favors.  Just my 2c.

Digital Ocean - New York City Location

I suspect they are still very much in the PEI hand holding stage from a cost control point of view, whilst a lot are using credits many who are satisfied with the service will be paying and be happy to do so.  By the time they start to ween people off the credits the hope will be that they will...

Anonymous Web-host shut down, owner arrested; Tor users compromised by Javascript exploit

So if I get this correct the FBI actually created the exploit which resulted in them identifying people distributing images and whatever else? Nice, go the FBI :) Oh wait, sorry was that the wrong answer?  Are they not allowed to resort to that kind of action? Meh!

    GreenValueHost - OpenVZ VPS BLOWOUT! 30GB HDD, 1GB RAM, 2TB BW, 2 IPs only $2.95/mo or $20/year!

They have been about for a year or thereabouts, quite inexperienced as I can remember his early post content on WHT.

Digital Ocean - New York City Location

I have used a couple of coupons but also paying too, the coupons don't cover the monthly cost. Overall I find them very reliable, support is good, fast and it's just all very convenient for things.  I have a setup across all 4 sites now and had zero issues thus far.  The only real thing that...
