Yep. It does have IPMI with a remote console/virtual media. $575 shipped anywhere in the US which is less than ebay for the same specs.

Open to parting the server out. I've got 18x 4gb sticks of ram, looking for $100 a stick, and 4x 2tb WD RE4s, looking for 80 a drive. Also, those procs are actually quad cores.
