Hello Guys. I need some info about upgrading distros/OS by ssh in VPS. Is it safe to "do-release-upgrade" . I was running my vps by Ubuntu-13.04. Is it safe or there is another way ??

Then when i asked for ip , they have given me  , that is not the ip to connect ??

Thank You for your reply. :) I have no ipv6 support , but can i use my other vps to connect to that ipv6 ? and i tried several ports from the email ... :(

Honestly : NO. But can you tell me how to connect ssh by putty now ? I tried changing ssh port which was given in email , but i reinstalled OS after the ip given ... i actually didn't tried ssh before new OS setup ... :(

I can't connect to ssh ... :( i got the ip and pointed that , works too but i can't connect by ssh . I tried installing lighttpd from console and works the Ip pointing but i can't connect ssh ... :(

This one is from INIZ which is KVM-512mb and other is from DO. And DO is what you should know.

My question arises because i am seeing this thing for the first time, I have another vps running by 12.04 and there is no process like this , i thought this is some kind of init problem or something.

I have installed new OS , Ubuntu 13.04 , 32bit . Installed htop only , but it is showing this things which i never seen in 12.04 as i was with 12.04 before ... what to do ?
