Wanna try VirtKick? Here ya go.

I opened it and it asked for a username and password or to sign up. Thing is, I don't know what I am actually signing up for. I get from the URL it's a hosting panel of some kind but your post doesn't really explain it.

DIY remote trail cam or surveillance with a Raspberry Pi and camera and cellular network for access.

Yep, mobile data in the US is cheap too. I would imagine it will be behind a NAT so I would setup a Tinc private networking with multiple connection points. That way you could even SSH into your pi!

You can just plug a USB mobile broadband dongle onto the Pi. They don't use much power and you generally set it up once and it's good to go. Apart from the billing obviously.

Forgive me if I misunderstood but if your account has micropayments active isn't it whichever fee schedule is lower, under $10, the one that is applied?

    Last Movie You Saw?

Get Hard was the last one I went to the cinemas to see, it was entertaining enough. My expectations weren't very high.

I use multiple WRT54GL's running DD-WRT in bridge mode and have them connect to my main wireless access point. This allows for anything plugged into any of their ports to join the network. Never had an issue, been doing it this way for years.
