These two places are more than 6000km away from each other so it is not possible to reach full speed. Have you tried OVH France?

Maybe it's time to switch? Have a look around the offers section. Good providers should be able to help you with it.

{URGENT} What is Ploop10227p1 and having error with php5

You may need to check the PHP paths are correct. Ploop is your VPS's filesystem, I don't see anything wrong with it.

    OpenVZ + KVM

KVM and Virtuozzo / OpenVZ are two completely different things. However OpenVZ w/ QEMU might bring some interesting features similar to KVM.

    BBU vs ZMCP?

Unless you have huge drives or an *extremely* unreliable DC, a BBU should be fine, it's something everybody uses and cheaper than a capacitor. That's also why phones have batteries instead of capacitors :). http://engineerexplains.com/answr/CapacitorvsBattery1.html

    BBU vs ZMCP?

Is ZMM something like LSI's CacheVault? CacheVault is basically a better BBU (with a different technology) that holds power longer, 3+ years vs 3 days on a typical BBU.
