Theoretically yes, there should be no problems at all. 

It's a simple ATX motherboard so any ATX case should do the job, I'd recommend using desktop heat sinks (built-in fan's) so make sure the server get's cooled properly instead of the slimline server heat sinks that have small fans pushing air over them.

First of all I have no idea what your on about. Either @concerto49 forgot to add IPMI to the i3 offer or I didn't see it, second of all the SSL cert had expired I was just making them aware if they didn't already know (looks like they did). I'm not doing suicide, I'm just asking 100%...

Does the i3 come with IPMI/KVM? Also your GetDedi SSL has expired.

Your never going to find out what CPU Vultr uses unless you ask them. The good think about KVM is that you can change the name of your CPU :)
