Sorry to bring up a relatively "old" topic by now, but I just wanted to confirm that "dist-upgrade" worked flawlessly. I tried it on a 3.1* installation and upgraded to 3.3-5/bfebec03, up until now I haven't seen any issues after upgrade. All went smooth as always  :)

I suppose that is true, but it would be dependant on a few factors that is out of the scope of this topic, I figure. A few sites I host they're not logging a thing, but my personal blog? Neh, that one can log all it wants. In the end, when it grows too big, I end up shredding it periodically...
