When i used Whmcs for some time ago i guess it was ok, didnt have to wait days. but they could have responded faster, not after 12 hours. SInce they are such a big company, people would expect  more.

Every hosting company should have paypal as a payment option, no doubt about it. It also makes it more easy and safe for the customer.
