Incero is like an empire. You either agree with the king or you don't. Having said that our service works fine. It's mainly the policies / support / etc that I disagree on.

That's great and support you on that part, but as joepie has said, please drop the open source usage. It's not. You're providing source code on purchase, which is not open source. Open source is when it is freely available without the need to purchase.

Have to add that Incero's changing of policies around at different times, giving clients very little time to act on most things and putting charges and what feels like threats on everything happening hasn't provided a great experience. It definitely feels that Gordon can be nice at times, but...

It all depends on scale. Buying your own bandwidth and blending only makes sense when you have a huge commit and usage.

Considering that it's about the end user and not the host - then not much. All the features etc is up to the host to workaround / deal with etc mostly. XEN HVM vs KVM that is and both being full virtualization.

It means it can literally be packaged and resold by anyone as well. If it's open source, you can really only sell support and services over it.
