I really wish the "help desk" worked. This low post count spam filter makes the site unusable for commenting.

IIRC, there was talk that TheyLoveServers was a CC shadow company and now they're owned by Hostwinds? Hostwinds is greatly recommended on blackhatworld from what I hear, so you might want to investigate Hostwind's IP ranges.

I once bought a $1 domain from them(not aware of their really bad reputation), but ended up cancelling it and probably terminating my account and "contract" with them. I'm going to erase all sorts of communication channels if they'll ever try to contact me.

Servers are down for more than 1 day now. I hope I won't be sorry for renewing my server with them.

The problem with wordpress developers is that they keep adding more useless bloating features as they are fixing their previous security flaws. Like emojiis. I mean really? Are you developing the platform for 15 year olds?
