I recently watched some game play and it made me want to play. Too bad no PC version (yet).

This. Pick a CMS that you are comfortable with and go with that. It wont cost you anything and it's quite easy to go in and change things around/add content.

Does anyone sell a kit with the required LEGO pieces to make that?
