When adding your special to the cart it's pro-rated and there is nothing wrong with that. But the montly price thereafter is $12, not $7

The only way to get it to $12 monthly is if you ordered the ATOM package and added 2 additional IPs  while using the memorialday coupon. We have a pending order that wasn't paid for that comes out to this, was that possibly yours?

When ordering the 2GB special make sure you use the 2GB special order link at the top of the post, and not the ATOM package with the 50% off coupon (These are two seperate promotions) -- to hopefully clear up the confusion I'll go ahead and edit the offer post and remove the Atomic package from the listing, I can see where it can get confusing

I did follow the first link in your post, I did empty the cart before closing the browser so it shouldn't be set to pending.
