3 Atom Invites (GitHub Text Editor)

I got my invite today but sadly don't have a mac to use it on... however they did give me 3 invites to give away. Atom is GitHub's sublime text-like text editor. I think there is a linux build in the works, not sure about windows.

Huh.

I'm kinda interested but I'm not that big of a coder :)

If no-one else takes it then I'd like one :D

Any Atom users that have background with something like vim/emacs/sublime? How does it compare?

It's basically a Sublime clone that doesn't (yet) work as well, in my opinion.
+1, my experience hasn't been all that good. The way it opens files on mac is terrible. It opens new documents in new windows (instead of tabs) and can take up to 2 minutes to open them.

My favorite editors on my Mac are Brackets and Smultron. If it's a project that requires a web server (ex. php) or if I'm collaborating with someone else, I use a web-based IDE called ICEcoder. (quite good)
