In all honesty that statement doesn't pertain to much of anything 99% of the time. Any time we suspend services, we send an email with a brief explanation (Services Suspended: Email Spam) via our automated systems, and a client can open a ticket to request additional information, which we provide in most cases. It's more or less a blanket statement that we can use if necessary (basically never).

Our OVZ services utilize VPSMON which also sends out automated emails when you reach specific thresholds, and another email + action taken in some cases (CPU utilization over 2.0 for an hour, 100 smtp connections, so forth).

On another note, I've modified the post slightly to indicate the availability of /64 IPv6 to any client that requests it.

I hate when provider monitoring my SMTP usage, since I use to host about 20+ client. and not use that high smtp usage everytime only once. I monitoring my SMTP too, I limited 200/hours.

2.00 load  really abuse the whole node ? so we must stay < 2.00 load, or you suspend VPS ?

In accordance with our fair share and high resource usage policy we have found that your VPS has exceeded its fair share of resource to a level that could cause service degradation for other customers on the shared node. In order to protect all of our customers and maintain high service levels we were forced to reboot your VPS.

Some of the emails sent out had been backlogged with VPSMON due to some issues on their end, I was running that smtp limit very briefly to verify that the services had been working -- terribly sorry for the confusion you may discard the email. As always with legitimate email usage we can setup specific configurations with our automated monitoring software to a larger limit or unlimited amounts to prevent you from potentially being suspended or limited with legitimate cases.

2.0 load is default value as of the other day, however we are still refining the values of this. As of the moment the only time this should trigger is if you go over an hour at this value. Again we can modify this value on an individual basis (it is likely this will switch to a flat CPU baseline rather than Load Average as that makes much more sense).

If you can open a support ticket and/or provide me with your IP address I can look into this and get it resolved for you. Again this is an automated script, and by no means are we monitoring services to throttle legitimate users. In fact, we have prevented any case of email spam abuse from hitting a blacklist as we catch it as it starts, rather than after the fact.
