Anyone in Colorado?

So now that pot is legal there, what's it like? I feel like everyone would stoned all the time. From the coffee shop employees (that were probably high anyway) to the dude checking my bags at the airport.

Was joking around earlier with restaurant / bar ideas to start in CO. Dispensary + bar = $$$. Would call it, "Buds and Brews", haha.

I support the law 100%, don't get me wrong, and although I don't smoke myself think it's a great thing. I just feel like I'd get annoyed being around people stoned all the time. I'm sure the novelty will wear off eventually and it'll not be a big deal.

Anyone wanna open up a food-cart business in Colorado selling tacos and donuts?

No difference honestly. You see a lot more dispensaries and shops but it hasn't changed the area I'm in very much. (Denver) I don't smoke but am in full support of the law.

Thought I saw something about Colorado having a pot shortage already...

It's just more prohibition 2.0... will blow up and over in year or two time.  

Pot dispensaries in California have gone wildly under and wrong.  Cost to operate/comply is far too high and regulated.  Hopefully Colorado doesn't do the same regulatory impossibleness.

I don't partake.  Think we should legalize everything, stop the phony wars on our citizens and get over it.  Of course people should be responsible for providing for themselves and affording their stuff, medical care if they are a dopiate abuser, etc.  

Way I see it, we have how many people permanently impaired, daily, by a growing number of pharma products?  We let them be

In some parts of Sumatra cannabis are widely use for cooking as a traditional replacement for MSG.

No big difference here. When I tell people I relocated from FL they automatically assume it's because of the legalization (and in their defense, I have met more people who moved here because of that than for work like me).
