I feel like that's Kimsufi.  I'd hate to think all European 20/month Atom providers are just Kimsufi resellers, but I really do.

This must be a reseller, 5TB traffic, Atom, 500GB disk... 20USD must be the mKS 2G model: http://www.ovh.ie/dedicated_servers/kimsufi.xml

There are some providers that offer Intel Atom's, but always ask a test IP so you could check if it's hosted at OVH or not...

Found new product "mKS 2G" at a price excl. VAT: €29.97 or $39.10 for three months.

Yeah, that's a good deal. I just absolutely do not like OVH. I had a mKS 2G there for a month and it was hell trying to contact customer service. I never got a response for 2 tickets.
