A VPS shouldn't be too hard to find.

Is that for backup? ...no bandwidth requirements...?

Watch Kimsufi for Core2Quads 17 euros (about $24) plus one-time 9.99 euro setup fee.  4GB RAM, advertised 2x500GB drives but the last 2 Q6700's I've picked up came with brand new 2X1TB SATA III drives.

edited to add: the Core2Quads usually get listed in the morning and quickly sell out but new stock is added every morning
