We don't accept paypal but offer a lot of other payment options.


We only do an ID check if you use a VPN for the order or when you use a fake name. If you order like a real person without bad intentions there is no check at all. Keep the internet clean! :)

2. How much time to expect (SLA 0) waiting for server hard reset requests?


3. Do you offer temporary KVMoIP? Rescue Mode?

2) this is on a best-effort basis free. Depending on when we go to the datacenter, always within one week. If you want it faster you can create a paid ticket.


3) no, but we offer free remote hands on a best-effort basis

@switsys: No, it will not, sorry. We had too much issues with paypal, it is totally not Merchant-friendly. We could not offer these prices with paypal, it would at least double the price. So we lowered the pricing and offered a lot more payment options. Check our site on the bottom, there are even more payment options! We listed here the most common ones (international)

"NY17JANTRAFF": Double the allowed data traffic on the server


"NY17JAN6MONTH": Lower the payment term from 1 year to 6 months.
