Does this exist?

I'm looking for a simple app that builds lists.

I run a mirror and I would like to be able to enter a link and it would automatically add it to a page that has a list of links to each mirror.

Ex.

Mirror A

    - Ubuntu Mirror - ubuntu.mirror

    - DotDeb Mirror - dotdeb.mirror

Mirror B

    - Debian Mirror - debian.mirror

Does something like this exist already? I don't want to reinvent the wheel.
