Domain name for library

I am working on c++ libraries for microcontrollers. Some are popular in the controller community. I want to build 3 different websites (Atmel/ST/Texas Instruments) for them and I need domain names for them.

What TLD should I use for them? .io, .cc, .co, .in, .pw? .re? What is a good TLD for library and architecture projects?

.io would be nice for programming-related content, it's expensive though.

Alternatively, atmel.example.tld, st.example.tld, and ti.example.tld - save money.

Those are all pretty random domain names, how about something like .lib for a library?

Yup - .io is hyped without any reason.

Stick with .com or .net they are cheap.

Alternatively, atmel.example.tld, st.example.tld, and ti.example.tld - save money.

And if you want to save money for SSL keep them in subfolders mylib.com/ti, mylib.com/st etc.
