one doesnt do such thing alone. the ones creating the plan and supply the means to execute such plan are the ones should be punished also.
on the other hand such acts must happen every once in a while to justify the extreme measuers of surveillance etc on everyone especially non-americans..

How so? Literally the first words in his opening statement were admitting guilt.
