Ahh no it is not. The cores are right, but the E5420 is not part of the E5 CPU family.

I always feel a wave of nostalgia rush over me when I see a site with a VeriSign Trusted logo...I'm surprised yours wasn't updated to Norton Secured in April 2012 along with everyone else's.
BBB accredited logo and "BBB Verifiied Company"? Under what company name? I can't seem to find it on the BBB site and your "accredited" logo doesn't have a link to your BBB profile.
Legal name of company I would be entering into an agreement? Your TOS lists it as both " SecureWeb Cloud US, Inc." near the top of the TOS and "SECUREWEB CLOUD NETWORKS LLC" at the bottom of the TOS. Would I be entering into an agreement with both companies?
Why Arizona? TOS are usually governed by the laws of the state where you are incorporated and it doesn't appear you are incorporated in Arizona.
Do you and REAL EZ WEB DESIGN share an office with GoDaddy?
You do realize that the ® symbol can only legally be used after the USPTO grants the trademark and issues a registration number, and there doesn't even appear to be an application on file for this mark?

@securewebcloud, the requests involved are fairly reasonable in my opinion. Especially since there is no proper registration found regarding "SecureWeb Cloud Hosting" within the state of Arizona. In addition, if you could provide the links to your registration information (PM would be fine) in addition to your BBB link and other related documents which shows that this is legit, then I'm sure more people would be willing to work with ya on it.
An E5420 is not an E5 series/family server. This is a total dick move and false advertising to be honest.
