Question 1A: does the service include submission of the "1 monthly press release" to reputable press release distribution services like PR Newswire, PRWeb, etc?

Question 2: does this SEO service's "on page SEO" method of optimization involve stretching the truth to get higher ranking in search engines?  Examples would be a host who doesn't own their own data centers posting things like this on their about us page:

"We maintain green data centres."

"We operate “carrier neutral facilities”."

I have yet to see a "SEO" provider that doesn't engage in shady practices like this.

SEO is utter bullshit anyway, as far as I'm concerned. Build sites for humans, not for search engines.
