Front Range Hosting website and SolusVM Master down temporarily

There was a coolant leak and the cabinet was splashed so the server hosting our website and SolusVM master have been taken down as a precaution to inspect if any coolant intruded into the server itself.  All VM Nodes and cPanel nodes are in different cabinets and are not impacted.

Glad that was taken care of!

Although that's an incredibly unusual reason usually to take a server down!

In cases like this, we prefer to use extreme caution and inspect every component and ensure nothing ingested any sort of liquid coolant.
Haha clarification. What I meant wasn't taking down the server to remove and inspect the liquid coolant, but to have liquid coolant in the location to begin with. I mean unless every server has been outfitted with liquid cooling, it was my understanding that all servers were cooled by air via air conditioners (and the entire hot-cold aisles and whatnot).

Yup, thanks Ryan and gang for their quick effort as one of our servers was also in the affected rack.

I have to say the response I got yesterday was more to my standard than previous communication has been.

Both boxes for DotVPS were in this rack.
