Hiring Level2 Linux Support Techs

We are looking to hire Level 2 support techs to handle the ticket load for managed hosting work load.

Required Skills:

- Native or fluent in English language.

- Great experience with Linux server management.

- Great experience with for commercial control panels like WHM/cPanel, Plesk.

- Great experience with managing web hosting related services such as Apache, Nginx, Litespeed, Lighttpd, Varnish, PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Memcached, etc.

- Great experience with email servers such as Exim, Qmail (!!!), Postfix.

- Ability to set up web servers without a control panel and ability to maintain them.

- Ability to reply silly questions with great patience.

Preferred Skills:

- Great experience with database management and optimization.

- Experience with virtualization technologies.

Required Experience:

- At least a few months of online customer service handling.

Preferred Experience:

- 5+ years of web hosting field experience.
