We backup your data every day using a third party incremental backup utility. You can see this utility in your cpanel and and have full access to these backups. Download your files to your computer, restore, transfer out, do as you please. It is your data, and you have full control over it. Additionally we also do separate full backups twice a week and keep those for at least 2 weeks.
