I asked the live chat if they had any speed test files and they let me try one of their Xen VPSes for free since they did not have any test files. Their network is good, 81ms ping to Vultr in New Jersey, 100 to DigitalOcean NY. Disk speed is good, but benchmark scripts do not complete on it. Since it is a free VM to test I can't really say if the uptime is good because I've used it less than an hour only to test the network and performance.
