Hello,

It seems your are using the Linux VPS hosting. Please refer to the following steps to change the innodb_buffer_pool_size limit.

stop mysqld service.
Open the following file
nano /etc/my.cnf
Change the value of innodb_buffer_pool_size as per your requirement.
save the file and start the MySql service.
start mysqld

Please let us know if you have any query.

  1. Find your mysql cnf file - Most probably located in /etc/mysql/
  2. Find innodb_buffer_pool_size and change it to the required size.
  3. Also, set innodb_buffer_pool_instances such that each pool is of equal size. ...
  4. Save the file.
  5. Restart MySQL service (without restart settings won't take effect)

Follow these steps to solve your issue:
add this to your my.cnf
innodb_buffer_pool_size=1G
restart your mysql to make it effect.

I hope this helps!
