I don't buy Kim's $50 million price tag fighting the US gestapo. It won't be cheap, but certainly won't be $50 million.
Sounds like extortion via proxy his threats.
Either he has a patent claim or doesn't. If he does, he should get to collecting license money or suing.

I imagine he would rather like to be able to just go to the bank, but unfortunately all of his assets are frozen. How the hell are people meant to pay for a decent legal defense if their assets are frozen, anyway? Always seemed really stupid to me.
