I will just buy 1 to test first then I will buy the rest.

Do you mean game botting which uses java I think? It can be very heavy on the resources sometimes, so do make sure to confirm this with the provider first.

Nope, It won't take heavy resources because I've 2 vps already.

Windows 2003 I believe the mainstream support is EOL http://support.microsoft.com/lifecycle/search/default.aspx?alpha=Windows+Server+2003+R2 Depending on the version of windows your prices goes up for the vps.
