Carrier Neutral
At least 40amps
Ability to do BGP for our own IP space
Native IPv6
IPMI
No setup free/free racking
Location: Somewhere uncommon in the usa
We will use our own router/switch on the rack
Price: Flexible
Contract: Monthly or Yearly

Check out USSHC -- they're in a location (Monticello, IA) that not a lot of people can say they serve from. We've had pretty great luck with them and the folks over there are very helpful. Let them know we sent you and I'm sure they could work out a good deal for you.
