Would you care if the bandwidth is HE only? No other way you'd get high bandwidth / high storage for cheap basically. Cogent might work too.

I don't understand the bandwidth requirement if this is for backup.  6tb of bw for 350gb of data means re-upload of everything almost 20 times, which would mean awfully short backup retention. I'd say use some kind of differential backup strategy so your daily uploads are reasonably small, and don't pay for more bandwith than you need for your average upload volume plus a little bit of headroom.  If you go over occasionally and have to pay an overage fee, that's fine as long as the fee is realistic.  350gb isn't that much data by today's standards either.  Yesterday Newegg had 4tb Seagate desktop drives on sale for $150 each.  Storage per se is getting seriously cheap again.
