Let me re-phrase that. Just traffic. They see the traffic and then they assume it's saved in that location. While yes you can claim you don't have it on the VPS the thing is you do see the traffic. It's like seeing a suspicious person enter a building. You assume he's inside the building and is residing in the building (even though he could possibly just have left through the other door).I don't seed nor download (onto the vps), it's just VPN traffic ^_^
