Looking for various VPS with cPanel

Evening all.

I am being asked by people to set their servers up for them, install cpanel, lock down etc but when I get their server details some of the, really suck hard!

At the moment I am using Crissic. Their service is good and I don't have a problem so if people ask me for servers in Jacksonville (I haven't tried their LA location yet), but I get requests for locations all over the place (US and EU) so looking for other providers.

Thought I would ask here instead of at the usual low end type place as people here don't seem hungry to undercut each other to gain a customer without decent support / kit etc.

So, who are the decent providers I can depend on?

If a yard stick is needed, the spec I I have from Crissic is:

150GB Storage RAID-10 HDD

3TB Bandwidth Monthly

1024MB RAM

2 IPv4 Dedicated IP

/64 IPv6 Subnet

1Gbps Port

4 CPU Cores (Fair Share)

cPanel

I don't need a lot of support, just a stable reliable provider that can keep up the network and kit! Price isn't that important a factor (although I have short arms and deep pockets ;))

*Disclaimer: I do occasionally provide contract 3rd-level support for this provider, but I wouldn't recommend them if they weren't solid. Just being honest, since they were the first provider that came to mind when I saw your disk req's. In business since 2011 I believe.*

Byte on Site - http://www.byteonsite.com/

@devonblzx provides high-resource virtual/dedicated  - formerly RockMyWeb.

I've used RamNode in the past, and other than a couple tiny network blips, it was very solid.

Fresh Roasted Hosting has been solid on Xen for a few years now - http://freshroastedhosting.com/virtual/

CatalystHost comes close as well, I think ...

LoveVPS has a $100/mo. Xen with those specs, and I believe Tocici (BuildYourVPS.com) goes up to 100GB RAID 10 (OpenVZ) for around $50-ish.

Finally, though I've always felt there was something a little conceited about recommending my own brand in someone else's thread, as it seems you're looking around at multiple providers/service levels I figured it wouldn't hurt to invite you over to browse around, though I'm sure a few other respected providers will pop into my head ... about 30 seconds after I hit 'post'.  :p

Hope you find what you're looking for, regardless!

man read the vps provider poll of the year thread (both the results and the one where points were given as some ppl wrote small reviews about them. you should also check wlanboys reviews which also contain uptime stats.. so.. read on..

this thread is only good for providers offering their own services..

@Maggie Thanks for the recommendation and happy shilling! It's "funny" that of your 4 posts they ALL recommend 10gbps.io in some way.

;-)

But currently, there is no wlanboy review about OnVirt :/

So, just check out https://www.onvirt.io/ :) Fast and reliable SSD only VPS, if you want to try a VPS for some days - just let me know.
