Anyone else trying out the new FB look and changes? What are your comments? (but I am going to assume most of you don't use FB).

I joined the "waiting list" the day it was announced itself during the keynote, and until today, I still haven't receive the change yet. Facebook themselves stated that they're going to take their time until it rolls out.

Google plus looks funky but still awesome. This Facebook design reminds of our Sharingan portal that we are using for internal things.

No. I am not going to any place that is going to remind me my work place.

I spend less and less time on that site anyhow. I removed my old account, and started a new one to keep in touch with a small handful of people I actually wanted to keep in touch with. Now I just is it to lurk the Buy/Sell/Trade Guns group for my locale and the Bargain Bin group for general random items. My area doesn't have a Craiglslist so these groups are convenient, for sure.

I like it. I know it's cool to hate on Facebook but so long as they don't turn it into MySpace and everyone's profile has theme music and flashing backgrounds, I'm cool with whatever.

Not particularly nice but as with most new layouts at first they look ugly but you soon get used to it. As long as Facebook's chat is the same and functional I'm not bothered, that's all I really use.

If I'm not mistaken they plan on implementing audio/video ads that autoplay in the background. While not "custom" profile music like with myspace it will be even more annoying...

I have facebook to keep in touch with friends and family, but use Google+ for everything else.
