OpenVZ VPS - OpenVPN. Need help? Will provide SSH access

I use this:
https://github.com/Nyr/openvpn-install

I can access the VPN. When I check the What Is My IP. I can see the VPN IP address.

Here is the problem.

If I reboot the VPS server,
When I establish a connection from the desktop Windows 7, OpenVPN shows Successful connect but webpages cannot be opened. I've already tried disabling firewall and antivirus, it doesn't help.

I will provide a SSH access to my VPS Debian-based.
What do I ask?
You need to have a Windows 7 or Windows 8 machine to test this VPS.
Feel free to work on it when you have time.
Please message me if you're willing to help?

it's probably the iptable rules.  What you've described is an issue with your iptable rules not being set correctly.

I'm assuming it's OpenVZ.  The script probably set the OpenVZ iptable rules for you but didn't have them come back when restarted (this is an assumption, I haven't looked into the coding of the script).  So just take the iptable rules and apply them yourself.  Also add them to /etc/rc.local so the rules are applied when the server is restarted.

This was my previous topic.

The strange thing is that the script works on my other VPS (also Debian-based). Not this VPS.

The problem is iptables. I am on my phone so I can't give you the commands to fix it off hand.
