Does it make sense to enable the Require Shipping Address for PayPal in WHMCS?

Not a provider here or anything, but might it be useful for comparison purposes for fraud prevention? If the address is confirmed, that is.

Yes that is exactly what I would need it for. We had more fradulent orders then legit ones in the past two weeks.

You definitely need the address so you can send your long term customers good fap material.
