You should probably add a few questions to the FAQ in your ad... 


Q: Do we ignore Spamcop reports and allow the same spammer to spam for weeks on end from the same IP ranges?


A: Yes we do, and our long history of hosting crap on our network is why our Web of Trust "Trustworthiness" rank is a miserable 13 out of 100.   In fact, we've ignored multiple Spamcop complaints over the past week or so about spam coming the same logo spammer with an SPF record that lists a million dirty IPs, who is spamming from the same IP ranges day after day which have poor IP reputations in SenderBase ( examples: 104.216.27.134 and 104.216.27.136 .)

Q: Are your IP ranges still full of comment spammers and brute forcers?


A. Yes they are still full of malicious bots that attack other networks and websites (example: this WP brute forcer) and that is why our spam rate score on cleantalk is 46.06%.   We are also proud to rent multiple IP blocks to the undisputed king of forum comment spammers, Guochao/GChao/VPB.


Q: If I rent a server from you is there a chance my customer's emails won't get through because other companies have blocked your entire AS40676 due to the amount of crap coming off your network?


A. Yes that is a very real possibility.  In fact, the person who posted this FAQ question is considering re-adding AS40676 to his company's block list because it is clear that despite Psychz claims that they have cleaned things up, their network is still full of garbage, and really, what are you losing if you block a bunch of ranges full of email spammers, brute forcers, comment spammers, and other attack bots? (answer: you lose nothing by blocking dirty ranges, but you do gain increased productivity and reduce your costs by not having to spend time dealing with the garbage coming from dirty ranges).
