Why I leave, because I often get error message out of memory, I'm for sure I don't use all of memory as you can see in free -m result above, after I move all of my files to another provider I keep my VPS idle for few day without visitor, the memory just show as like free -m above, and my memory usage stay same. This is the first time this happen after 16 month I'm with them.

The another sad part of their support is, if you asking something if after few conversation the error from their side, please understand this is unmanaged server. Why the support team always say the same thing, I just asking them to confirm if another people on node abuse disk or memory on node out of memory. I really really hate when they repeat that few times.

btw I'm on their RS3 package

A great provider indeed. vpsBoard was actually hosted with them prior to BuyVM, but was moved due ongoing DDoS after LET got hacked and people flocked this way.

Also nice to see a non-'low end' company be reviewed here. Would like to see more :)

KnownHost's "Budget Brand" - Used RocketVPS before, would brilliant at first then they got filled up. No big issues though :)

One of my favorite providers. Uptime is 99.99% for 1+ year ( including a few reboots reinstalls done by myself). Support has been instant and friendly. Technically they do what you want instantly when I add in specific instructions to sort the issue. No packetloss / downtime / hacks so far, so I am not sure how is their disaster recovery etc.,

The good thing about their sales is, if you have a recurring coupon, it is valid for all addons, licenses (currently offer cPanel and WHMCS) as well as upgrades/downgrades of the product and everything is billed prorated. To be honest, this can make customers sticky and generate regular income. Providers could take a hint from them apart from the stable network they operate.

I know @mitgib loves them, he said once that it's his only VPS that's not on his own nodes. ;-)

Only heard good things about them, guess I gotta try them one day.

The guys over at known host are really nice guys, had many discussions with them, glad to see they are keeping up the hard work.

Slow but sure
yeah, the vps really great but I'm tired get something like this "Please note that this is a self managed server and the compete management
of the server other than network connectivity is your responsibility."

I never ask them to install anything instead of checking the node load and why I always getting out of memory. I just use about 50% of my memory usage.
