Route Mail through a remote mail server with SendMail

Does anyone have a way to do this?

I am having an issue where email from one of my servers is sometimes being sent to the spam folder, but I can send it from a different account on the tld.. I have an external mail server that is up and running, and I would like to route my sendmail-mta through this other server. I would authenticate as an account dedicated to the server, and I want it sent from there so that this issue is gone.

Any ideas?

I used instructions similar to this using Mandrillapp.  They allow 12,000 emails a month on their free tier.

Thanks for the help guys! I tried this with sendmail, but I switched to Exim rather quickly. It seems like it was easier to it with that setup. Now my sever emails are coming through perfectly!
