Yikes. I can't really say I'm all that surprised, though. I'm a libertarian, and in reality I don't really care what people do or put in their bodies, and I think the war on drugs is horrible, and I think the SilkRoad is pretty 'neat' in it's concept.. but with that said, there are tons of laws being broken for the staff, sellers and buyers. I'd not touch that site, or any that popup in it's downfall.

Go back to buying drugs from the sketchy dude at the mall and not having them shipped to you, over state lines, from a website that may or may not have your information stored in someway, somewhere. I don't understand how anyone would feel comfortable purchasing on such a site.

I did not think they were this stupid though. I know quite a few that partake, and to each their own, but come on here guys even they know better then to trust something like this going on. I might not be the sharpest tack in the drawer but it does not take a damned rocket scientist to figure out if the government can see your emails it can get to these guys.

This sounds like an awesome idea tho, setup a similar site to SL and have some small fees for every transaction. Wait a few weeks and then just cash out and run like hell. AKA "Selling Shit on Hackforums"

Just because drug addicts are stupid inregards to drugs does not mean they're unintelligent. It's also extremely unlikely that the government is going to go after any of the buyers or even most sellers.

They only took down the site for the PR headline as, like almost everything they do, it will do nothing to alter the flow of drugs.

well i dont do drugs and i dont think anyone should do so.i understand thats its also a business but i dont see anyone who couldnt live without it. i mean there are ppl wasting their life on that shit who could do better things. i also think that alcohol is also a drug in this case.. there are a lot of alcoholists here .
