There is an option for sendgrid when you set it up. You need api from sendgrid to setup. I dont know what is the next step since i dont use sendgrid.

well, if that case, you need to use regular smtp server.... i give you example
if your main domain name is rcchost.com, and you used smtp from sendgrid, you can create subdomain for your main domain and use smtp from your current hosting.
let' say we create whmchs.rcchost.com, you can setup email address "anyemailaddress@whmcs.rcchost.com", then you setup smtp in your whmcs using anyemailaddress@whmcs.rcchost.com credential and using smtp server from your current hosting, not from sendgrid.

What exactly are you thinking they should try here? Shared Hosting? VPS? Simply sharing a link and stating "try this" doesn't seem to help the OP in any way.
OP needs to find a service that provides SMTP and/or purchase a server where they can setup their own SMTP server to create email accounts under. Any provider that sells a control panel is going to provide these features by default.
If we're going to be recommending things to other users, we should be clear on what it is that we're recommending.
