Tips for optimizing apache in cpanel?

There is a lot of options and I dont know what I am doing. I have a website that gets about 5,000 visits a day and I have a cPanel VPS and I want to optimize its apache for best performance. I have plenty of free memory so I think I can use limits to make it use more ram but be faster? I like cpanel because it makes setting up a complete website easy (email, database, users, etc) so I want to keep it.

Neither of them have official cPanel support, however the LiteSpeed plugin is quite good, although I'm not sure how well OpenLiteSpeed works with cPanel.  Nginx support is kinda eh, most of the free plugins are awful.

Any tips on how to optimize apache when building it with easy apache? So many options and checkboxes...
