Tool for checking my website load time for different areas of the world?

Hi there,

I want to measure my website load time speed for different areas of the world. I am still developing the site but before I launch I think this would be good information to have. Does a tool like this exist? Please share if you know.

Third vote for Pingdom here too. We've also used www.webpagetest.org in the past as drmike has stated.

GTMetrix is really helpful, but I didn't think it did different locations, but perhaps I just wasn't looking last time I used it.


Webpagetest is good, but, I've found it be slow, or more often inaccurate than others - but that might just be down to popularity and high load on their part.


Pingdom have a few US locations, and NL if I recall correctly, and are solid.


Can't think of any others off the top of my head.
