Another one to add to the list is vpscheap.net.. I was with them for over a year and service was pretty good.

All of our locations provide unmetered bandwidth, with at least 20mbps guaranteed on-peak.  There is dedicated gigabit to each node in our on-net locations (everything other than OVH).  Pricing starts at $7.50 with 30gb disc.  I'll probably post a vpsBoard-specific offer soon.
