Ahh, maybe this might not be the best way for someone to spend a $10 bill.

Err, GVH is getting stun gunned over on LET by a former customer.  Appears to be WHCMS and shared hosting related.  Ugly stuff.

@snelweg got tired of support and the Dutch man used some perfumed French in the ticketing with a F'bomb.  That lead to HVH, I mean GVH cancelling the customer for ToS violation for abusing the staff.

Please read the entire thread before making statements such as this.

We attempted to assist the client however he decided to spend his time cursing us out instead of cooperating with us or following our directions. He claims we wasted our time however he wasted his own time by spending time abusing our staff. Had he cooperated with us, his issue would have been solved a lot faster and the entire fiasco would not have happened.

There's nothing else for us to prove, I've already said everything that needed to be said in that thread and he's already proven our point (as you can see in his most recent posts) by continuing on the insults and the swearing and even telling an LET moderator to 'get a life' when he was just trying to do his job as a moderator.

In regards to the design, I am aware that there are some browsers in which the design may be defective. May I please know which browser you are using?

Like the recent downtime posted on LET? Unless you have some ha failover over multiple datacenter and locations, spread across the world, there in no way you can pull up 100% uptime. Sorry, but it is not possible.

100% uptime is possible. Totally is a HA failover and multiple datacenters with different upstream bandwidth providers like @SeriesN pointed to.

Becomes might problematic with the backend systems providers use and needing to facilitate database syncs to multiple sites that can go up and down at any time for any reason. Consult your common hosting software for how to accomplish this, if they support such.
