Krypt Technologies is based in LA and revolve most of their business around offering superb connectivity to Asia. Would recommend getting in touch with those folks to see what kind of pricing they can offer you.

I had service with them close to 5 years ago and was absolutely fantastic back in the day when they offered VPS', since they have swapped to online Cloud Servers.
